Cancellation policy & package extensions

Cancellations and rescheduling:

We understand you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment from time to time. Please note, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments which can be rearranged or cancelled and you will not be charged. The credit will be returned to your account.

No-show policy:

If you do not cancel your booking and also do not attend, you will be logged as a no-show. In the event of 3 no-shows logged on your account, your account will be temporarily suspended and you will need to contact us to discuss further.

Package extensions:

Please be aware, in the event you do not use all of your credits before the expiry date of your pack, you will lose the remaining classes. We can add an extension for any emergency situations or holidays.

Question 2

What do I need to wear?

Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable & can move in that is also form fitting to allow for us to see your posture, form & alignment. E.g gym leggings/tshirts is perfect. Grippy socks or bare feet are welcome however we do encourage grippy socks. They are available to purchase at the studio

Please also ensure hair is tied back so not to get caught in the springs!

What do I need to bring with me?

Just bring yourself, some water (however water is available at the studio) & a positive, open mindset!

Class arrival for private appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment, any late arrivals will be cut into your allotted appointment time.

Injury & illness

Please inform us of any injury or illness before hand, we can discuss this with you & ensure that your appointment is suitable for you.

Question 6

Pre/post natal classes

It is advised that you wait until after your 12 week scan before starting reformer Pilates with approval from your Dr.

If you already practice in reformer Pilates before pregnancy it is advised that you wait 6 weeks post birth.

If you had a c-section birth, it is advisable that you wait 12 weeks possibly longer.

Getting here

Once you have a session booked, the address will be sent out to you via email from MINDBODY. Parking is free but at your own risk. You can either park in the driveway or across the road from the studio in the lay by pull in.

Question 8

Merchandise

Accepted Answer

All merchandise is available to purchase from the studio, including grippy socks which we advise to wear during your class.
