Hello, I’m Lily, the face behind Reformer by Lily. I’m a Reformer Pilates instructor with a rich background in dance, having spent my entire 20s performing professionally. In 2024, I made the difficult decision to hang up my dancing shoes after years of pushing my body to its limits. Throughout my dance career, Pilates was an essential part of my daily routine, helping to ease the inevitable aches and pains that came with life on stage. Over time, I realised just how powerful and transformative the method truly is, and felt a growing desire to share its benefits with others. That led me to train in Reformer Pilates, I’ve never looked back. Now, my mission is to help others move with strength, purpose, and confidence (with a little bit of luxury of course!) just as Pilates has helped me.
